The role of Camp Leader is central to the success of any camp program. Camp Leaders serve as the bridge between Camp Directors, Staff, and Campers—ensuring operations run smoothly, staff feel supported, and campers are safe and engaged. This online course is designed to equip site supervisors with the leadership skills, operational knowledge, and practical strategies they need to excel in this vital position.
