In order to utilize our background screening module, please follow these steps:
- Create an account by clicking Join Now on the top right of the site. Login if you already have an account.
- Request access to background screening by clicking Request Background Screen Access below and filling out and submitting the Background Screening Account Activation Form.
- Once your form is submitted it will take 1-3 business days to activate your account. You will be notified via email when your account is activated.
- When your account is activated, login to the site, return to this page, and click My Background Screen Dashboard to access your dashboard and begin running background screens. All screening, tracking and billing will happen on this dashboard.
- Your account activation email notification and your web portal dashboard will have tools to help you learn how to initiate background screens and use the platfrom. Support will be available through your portal as needed.
